Job Summary
Our client Venus Group of Companies is looking for Sales Officer (FMCG) in Rawalpindi.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets for FMCG products.
- Visit potential and existing clients to prospect for new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals effectively.
- Monitor competitor activities and prepare appropriate responses to protect market position.
- Conduct analysis of sales data to identify trends and make informed decisions.
- Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management regularly.
- Attend industry events and exhibitions to promote company products.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- 1-2 years of sales experience in FMCG or a similar industry.
- Demonstrated success in gaining new accounts and increasing sales potential.
- Good understanding of market and consumer needs in the FMCG segment.
- Valid drivers license.
