Job Summary
Requirements:
- 5 years of full-stack development experience with a strong focus on backend application development.
- Strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot & Micronaut) RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda S3 DynamoDB API Gateway ECS and CloudFormation.
- Proficiency in MySQL Oracle and ORM technologies such as Hibernate and JPA2.
Familiarity with Splunk and observability tools like Datadog Mixpanel etc. - Experience with containerization and orchestration tools including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines security standards and testing practices.
Excellent communication skills with a strong consulting mindset. - Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to overall team growth.
Responsibilities:
- Support and coordinate both technical and business aspects of software development activities including requirement analysis application design and implementation.
- Serve as a principal developer within project teams providing expert guidance on both business and technical matters.
- Take ownership of additional responsibilities as needed while fostering team collaboration and cohesion.
- Act as a key point of contact for technical issues across multiple projects and workstreams.
- Proactively collaborate with the team to plan strategies identify potential risks and propose effective solutions.
- Mentor technical team members provide support where required and lead efforts to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Contribute to and guide the recruitment of top technical talent for the team.
