We partner closely with Product Design and Data to bring ideas to life quickly and thoughtfully.
About the Role:
Were hiring Fullstack Engineers across multiple levels (Staff - Principal Engineers) with leveling determined through the interview process.
In this role youll work across the stack to design build and ship product features end-to-end. Youll contribute to both frontend and backend systems ensuring a seamless performant and engaging user experience.
Success is measured by your ability to deliver high-impact features improve system quality and contribute to team velocity.
Were happy to share that this is an onsite position in either our Denver or San Francisco office. To support collaboration we ask employees to be in the office at least three days a week: Monday Wednesday and Thursday.
In this role you will:
- Build and ship end-to-end product features across frontend and backend systems
- Design scalable maintainable services and APIs
- Collaborate with Product Design and Data partners to define and deliver solutions
- Improve performance reliability and user experience across the product
- Contribute to code quality testing and engineering best practices
- Participate in system design code reviews and team planning
What you bring to the table:
- Experience building and shipping production systems across frontend and backend
- Strong proficiency in modern web technologies (e.g. JavaScript/TypeScript React APIs backend services)
- Experience with scalable systems and performance optimization
- Ability to work across ambiguity and drive projects end-to-end
- Strong collaboration and communication skills

Total compensation for this role is market competitive including a starting base salary of $187000 - $330000 depending on location and experience as well as company stock options.
