Job Summary
Job title: Design Engineer
Location: Wauwatosa WI 53222 (100% Onsite preferred. Currently 4 days per week)
Duration: 6 months
Experience Required: 6-8 Years
Role Description:
- Should be able to work independently on design conceptual jobs.
- Hands on experience in Creo-Part Assembly and Surfacing to generate Concept Models.
- Should have hands on experience in designing of sheet metals plastic parts.
- Should have hands on experience in practical knowledge of GDT Manufacturing drawings.
- Knowledge on phases of the design process and development process for Automotive components including drafting dimensioning tolerancing prototyping ECN PPAP and documenting results would be an added advantage.
- Knowledge on different automotive product design and sheet metal press tools fixture and gauge design reverse engineering Stack-Up VAVE would be an added advantage.
Essential Skills: New Product Development-Automotive Creo-Surfacing GDT Packaging Design Concept and Detail design Windchill Detailing.
