• Receive inspect and log incoming deliveries of AV and technology equipment
• Pick pack and stage materials for installation teams heading to job sites
• Maintain accurate inventory records in our system
• Organize and label warehouse shelving and storage areas
• Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager on daily priorities and outgoing orders
• Process returns and document any damaged or incorrect items
• Support the team with loading and unloading vehicles
• Keep the warehouse clean safe and organized at all times

• Previous warehouse inventory or logistics experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Basic computer skills comfortable with inventory or tracking software
• Reliable punctual and a team player
• Valid drivers license required
• Clean driving record required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

• $41500 $48500 per year depending on experience
• Full-time schedule Monday Friday

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ESC projects or equivalent warehouse/operations positions.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once.

• Ability to work on your feet 40-50% of your day.
• Capability to lift up to 100-pound items as needed.
