Chief Operating Officer Remote

Erico Technologies LLC is a fast-growing technology company based in New York NY. We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our team on a full-time basis. As a remote company we offer the unique opportunity to work from anywhere in the world while still being a part of a dynamic and collaborative team. As the COO you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our companys operations including but not limited to finance sales marketing and human resources. You will work closely with the CEO and other senior leaders to develop and implement strategies that will drive growth and profitability. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational strategies and plans to achieve the companys goals and objectives - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company and ensure efficient and effective processes and procedures are in place - Manage and monitor the companys financial performance including budgeting forecasting and reporting - Lead and mentor a team of department heads providing guidance and support to ensure their success - Collaborate with the CEO and other senior leaders to develop and implement growth strategies and initiatives - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients partners and vendors - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and make recommendations for improvements and innovations within the company - Ensure compliance with all relevant laws regulations and policies - Identify and address any operational issues or challenges that may arise Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field; MBA preferred - 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role with a proven track record of success in managing operations and driving growth - Experience in the technology industry is highly preferred - Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial performance - Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to develop and implement operational strategies and plans - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote work environment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - High level of integrity and professionalism - Willingness to travel as needed If you are a results-driven and strategic leader with a passion for technology and a desire to be a part of a dynamic and growing company we want to hear from you!
