American Workforce Group has partnered with a local manufacturing facility in Olympia WA that is actively seeking a skilled Working Foreman to lead their production team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment can meet high production standards and effectively guide a crew toward daily goals.

Description for Working Foreman:

Supervise and lead a production team in a shop environment
Set the pace and standard by working alongside the crew
Ensure quality control and meet strict production standards
Coach and motivate team members toward production goals
Communicate effectively with management and staff

Details for Working Foreman:

Pay: $26.50/hour
Schedule: Monday Thursday (4/10s)

Overtime Friday and Saturday mandatory as needed
Start Time: 30 minutes early to prepare for the crew
Eligible for production bonus based on team performance

Requirements for Working Foreman:

Previous leadership or foreman experience in a manufacturing or construction setting
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to lead by example and hold team members accountable
Team-oriented and driven to exceed goals
Must be dependable and proactive
