We are seeking a hands-on experienced Foreman to join our Construction this role you will lead daily field operations on telecom infrastructure projects including wireless site builds fiber trenching small cell installations and equipment upgrades. This role is directly responsible for managing on-site crews enforcing safety standards and ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency in field execution. As the on-site authority the Foreman ensures all work is performed according to construction documents carrier specifications and state regulations.

The Role
- Lead and supervise daily field activities for telecom construction projects
- Manage crew schedule daily task assignments and equipment usage to ensure timely and accurate work completion
- Conduct daily safety briefings (JSA Equipment walk around etc.) and enforce compliance with CAL/OSHA and company protocols
- Read and interpret construction drawings site plans and specifications
- Monitor and inspect work for quality assurance flagging and correcting deficiencies immediately
- Coordinate material deliveries equipment-staging and access logistics
- Act as the on-site point of contact for Construction Manager and client field representatives
- Maintain accurate daily field reports timecards and progress documentation
- Communicate project progress and any field-level issues or delays to leadership promptly
- Support site closeout efforts including punch list completion and documentation collection
Requirements
- At least 35 years of telecom construction experience with at least 1 years in a supervisory or lead role
- Ability to lead and motivate construction crews in a fast-paced high-accountability environment
- Proficient in reading construction prints utility layouts and technical site documentation
- Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations including CAL/OSHA and local permitting processes
- Must be comfortable working at heights (if applicable) and in outdoor field conditions
- Strong communication skills with a focus on professionalism and field coordination
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
- CPR/First Aid certified preferred
- Experience with carrier-specific build requirements (e.g. AT&T Turf Verizon T-Mobile) a plus
- CDL or heavy equipment operation certification (aerial lifts trenchers etc.) a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Must provide a valid government-issued photo ID for verification; a drivers license is required if the role involves driving
- Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR Background Check Drug Screen)
