As a Security Officer Driver Credential Screening in Corpus Christi TX you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a dynamic chemical and petrochemical location where you will monitor entry points verify credentials and help support a secure environment through visible presence and strong communication. Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees contractors and visitors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures badge verification and visitor processing at a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Monitor entry and exit points review credentials and/or delivery documentation and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas control rooms and other sensitive locations.
• Respond to incidents alarms and unusual activity in a calm problem-solving manner and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as appropriate.
• Document visitor activity access-related incidents and daily observations in required logs and reports following Allied Universal and site-specific policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points parking areas gates and perimeter locations to observe conditions and report security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• A TSA-issued TWIC is required.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
