About the Role
As a Graduate Analyst at AMS youll sit at the intersectionof data strategy and operations applying analytical rigour to real businesschallenges. Youll be involved in translating high-level strategic prioritiesinto practical initiatives supporting projects that improve performancestrengthen customer and partner outcomes and drive innovation across theorganisation.
A core part of the role is working with data to createclarity. Youll develop dashboards track key performance indicators andanalyse trends to identify risks and opportunities. More importantly youllturn those insights into clear actionable recommendations that supportdecision-making at an executive level.
Youll also play a key role in improving how we use oursystems particularly our CRM. This will involve engaging with users across thebusiness to understand their needs refining workflows and data quality andsupporting the rollout of improvements that make systems more effective anduser-friendly. Along the way youll help deliver training and guidance toensure strong adoption and long-term value.
In addition youll gain exposure to commercial strategysupporting pricing initiatives through market analysis customer insights andthe development of data-driven models. Your work will contribute directly tohow we position our services and deliver sustainable measurable outcomes.
About You
Youre a recent graduate (or close to completing yourdegree) with a strong analytical mindset and a genuine curiosity about howbusinesses operate and improve. Youre comfortable working with data enjoysolving problems and can communicate your thinking clearly even when dealingwith complex information.
You take pride in your attention to detail but you alsounderstand the bigger picture. Youre organised adaptable and able to managecompeting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Most importantly youreeager to learn open to feedback willing to ask questions and motivated tobuild your capability quickly.
Experience with tools like Excel and Power BI will be lookedupon favourably and any exposure to CRM systems or data management will alsobe viewed favourably though not essential.
