Description
Requirements
- Assist bikers during the onboarding process and guide them through the application requirements.
- Collect and review required documents from applicants including:
- Motorcycle OR/CR
- Drivers License (Restriction 1/A)
- NBI Clearance
- Barangay Clearance or Police Clearance
- Verify the authenticity and completeness of submitted documents to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Conduct interviews with bikers to assess their qualifications driving experience and readiness for the role.
- Provide clear instructions and support to applicants regarding onboarding procedures and document submission.
- Maintain organized records of applicant information and submitted documents for tracking and reference.
- Address applicant inquiries and assist in resolving issues related to missing or incomplete requirements.
- Ensure that all onboarding steps are completed before bikers proceed to the next stage of activation.
- Activate all bikers who successfully completed the onboarding process.
- Enroll bikers in insurance programs after account activation.
- Process IP enrollment for bikers who availed of ATD IP.
- Upload and maintain photos of biker accounts for proper documentation and monitoring.
- Monitor clawback cases and ensure accurate tracking of biker records.
- Monitor and process free top-up incentives for successfully onboarded bikers.
Requirements
- College Level/Bachelors Degree
- 2 years experience
- Good Communication Skills Computer literate experience in google sheets docs and forms.
