## Role Overview

Experienced Integration Lead with 6 years of experience in designing and delivering enterprise integration solutions using Apache Camel (Camel K) and TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW5/BW6). Responsible for building modernizing and migrating integration platforms to cloud-native architectures.

## Key Responsibilities

* Design develop and maintain end-to-end integration solutions using Apache Camel (Camel K) and TIBCO BW (5.x / 6.x).

* Analyze existing TIBCO interfaces and define migration strategies to Camel-based microservices.

* Convert TIBCO BW processes into optimized Camel routes.

* Develop REST/SOAP services event-driven integrations and message-based routing solutions.

* Deploy and manage integrations on container platforms like Kubernetes/OpenShift.

* Integrate with messaging systems such as Kafka JMS and ActiveMQ.

* Ensure high performance scalability and resilience of integration solutions.

* Implement robust logging monitoring error handling and failover mechanisms.

* Work with TIBCO Administrator (BW5) and TEA (BW6) for deployment and configuration.

* Collaborate with architecture DevOps and business teams across the integration lifecycle.

## Required Technical Skills

### Integration & Middleware

* Strong experience in Apache Camel and Camel K

* Expert in TIBCO BusinessWorks BW5.x (5.13/5.15) and BW6.x (6.9/6.10)

* Experience in TIBCO Adapters (SAP File Database etc.)

* Hands-on with TIBCO Administrator TEA and Hawk

* Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot

* Strong knowledge of REST SOAP JMS MQ TCP HTTP/HTTPS

* Expertise in XML JSON XSD XPATH XSLT transformations

* Experience in synchronous and asynchronous integration patterns

### Cloud & DevOps

* Experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift deployments

* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

* Strong experience with Git and SDLC processes
