JOB SUMMARY
The BulletSafe Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth for the BulletSafe brand with a primary focus on bulletproof vests and ballistic protection products. This role develops new business manages existing accounts and expands BulletSafes presence across dealers distributors security companies and government customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS
  • Generate new business and maintain relationships with dealers distributors law enforcement and security customers
  • Promote and sell BulletSafe bulletproof vests and body armor solutions
  • Conduct outbound calls customer visits and participate in trade shows
  • Analyze territory potential and identify growth opportunities
  • Achieve assigned sales quotas and revenue targets
  • Provide product education on ballistic protection levels features and applications
  • Prepare quotes process orders and maintain accurate sales records
  • Maintain CRM activity pipeline updates and customer communication records
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience(tactical security law enforcement or related industry preferred)
  • Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to prospect close deals and manage accounts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems(NetSuite and/or Salesforce preferred)
  • Military or law enforcement background is a plus
  • Valid drivers license and ability to travel up to 50%

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • May be required to sit or stand travel for extended periods.
  • Occasional bending twisting reaching pushing pulling and operating office machinery and motor vehicles.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Primarily office-based with exposure to outdoor conditions and travel requirements.
WORK SCHEDULE/HOURS
  • Main hours are Monday Friday 8am 5pm in office.
  • Primarily office-based with travel for customer visits and trade shows
  • Schedule may include evenings or weekends based on business needs
