Syntelligent is seeking a Security Specialist Industrial to support F-35 JPO

Location:Wright Patterson AFB Dayton OH

Shift:Day

Anticipated Salary Range:$55000 - $70000

Status:Full-Time

Duties will include:

SHIP AND SITE- The Industrial Security Professionalshall provideSecurity support under this TO. This includes the management and oversight of all activities performed to support the protection of classified information developed by or entrusted to U.S industryoperatingunder the National Industrial Security Program (NISP).
Brief and coordinate SAP and collateral security requirements for USAF USN USMC and international bed down sites and provideaccuratedata at all 35% 65% and 95% design reviews
Communicate secure facility construction and accreditation technical security standards and provideaccuratedata at all 35% 65% and 95% design reviews
Maintain and monitor security activities at bed down locations until facilities receive accreditation
Identifysecurity clearance and SAP access requirements at bed down locations
Assistthe services in defining facility and infrastructure requirement to meet F-35 bed down for all sites
Coordinate andparticipatein the development of CONUS and OCONUS Facilities
Requirements Documents (FRDs) and document results down for all sites
Coordinate andparticipatein the development of CONUS and OCONUS Facilities

Required Qualifications

ABachelorsdegree in a security related discipline along with three (3) years of experience in a security related field OR
AnAssociatesdegree plus seven (7) years of work experience in a security related field OR
Nine (9) years of work experience in a security related field
Ability to constructively engage and resolve challenging situations
Available to work before/after typical office hours
Independent self-starter proactive and professional assertive
Effective oral and written communication skills excellent interpersonal skills and computer literate
Proficiencywith MS Office Suite (MS Word ExcelPowerPointand Outlook)
Strong analytical andproblem-solvingskills
Ability to multitask
Senior Level Knowledge of:
- ICD 705
- DoD SAP Manuals
- UFC Constitution Criteria
- Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of theSupply Chain Risk Management DoD Directives IC Directives and NISPOM.
TS clearance - Special Access Required (SAR)
Achieve Industrial Security Oversight Certification (CDSE) within one year of hire.

Clearance:TS/SCI

Certification Requirement:IFPC within 90 Days of Hire

Physical Requirements:Must be able to sit/stand at a desk for long-periods and must be able to lift 20 pounds occasionally.

Mental Requirements:Must be able to multi-task and rapidly change priorities with limited notice.
