About The Role
This role is a hybrid leadership and delivery position within the ServiceNow practice focused on guiding and growing a team of consultants while remaining actively involved in client engagements. You will lead coach and mentor team members across varying experience levels fostering a positive psychologically safe and high-performing team culture aligned to organisational values.
Working closely with practice and delivery leadership you will support capability development workforce planning and performance management while ensuring consistency and quality across engagements. You will also play a key role in influencing stakeholders supporting team members through challenges and driving successful delivery outcomes.
Balancing people leadership with hands-on consulting responsibilities this role requires strong experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem alongside the ability to lead develop and inspire others.
What Youll Do
- Lead coach and mentor ServiceNow consultants across a range of experience levels
- Support capability development including upskilling career pathways and performance growth
- Foster a positive psychologically safe and collaborative team culture aligned to xAmplifys values
- Guide influence and support team members in navigating challenges and achieving success
- Collaborate with practice and delivery leadership to drive consistency quality and team alignment
- Maintain a balance of leadership duties and handson consulting work
- Support workforce planning expectations setting performance conversations and team wellbeing
What Were Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem as a consultant senior consultant or technical lead
- Proven experience mentoring coaching or leading others in a delivery or consulting environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder skills with the ability to influence confidently at all levels
- Experience fostering team culture supporting wellbeing and creating psychologically safe environments
- Experience with performance discussions setting expectations and giving constructive feedback
- Ability to balance leadership responsibilities with delivery workloads prioritising effectively

Eligibility
xAmplify partners with a diverse client base including Federal Government Defense Enterprise State Government and Private Sector. As a result our eligibility criteria may vary depending on the projects you may undertake.
Our Federal Government and Defence Security Projectswill require:
- Australian Citizenship
- An active Baseline (or higher) security clearance or the ability to obtain one
Our Enterprise State Government and Private Sector Projectswill require:
- Full Australian working rights which can include an appropriate visa

Were flexible! If youre in Canberra Sydney Melbourne or Brisbane youll have the opportunity to connect with us in person in our offices but we also welcome candidates from locations across the Australian East Coast. Our team operates on a hybrid work model so you will have the ability to work from our office client sites (as required with your allocated projects) or from home.
