Growth Associate AI-Driven B2B Marketing & Lead Generation
Role Overview
BeepTrack is looking for a Growth Associate to support our digital growth strategy focusing on LinkedIn lead generation content creation and marketing operations. This role is ideal for a recent graduate interested in marketing AI tools and B2B sales offering hands-on experience and direct exposure to real business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage LinkedIn content and outreach for the founder
- Research and engage with industry decision-makers
- Build and maintain prospect lists
- Support lead generation and follow-ups
- Assist with content creation (LinkedIn blog website)
- Use AI tools for research content and automation
- Maintain CRM records and track leads
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or similar
- 02 years experience (internships/graduate roles welcome)
- Strong writing research and organisational skills
- Comfortable with digital tools and AI platforms
- Professional communication skills
