Customer Service Officer

We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our Supply Chain team at our Aprilia site. This is an on-site role within a structured and collaborative manufacturing environment where you will manage customer orders coordinate with internal departments and contribute to service quality operational continuity and compliance in a regulated pharmaceutical setting.

Main responsibilities

• Manage customer order intake review order details and ensure accurate system entry.
• Monitor the full order cycle from receipt through delivery helping to ensure service reliability and agreed timelines.
• Maintain accurate and timely updates in company systems in line with internal procedures and operational KPIs.
• Work closely with Planning Quality Warehouse Shipping Administration and other internal stakeholders to support smooth operations.
• Provide day-to-day support to customers ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up on requests and issues.
• Support traceability complaint handling and compliance activities in accordance with applicable regulations and internal quality standards.

Candidate profile

• Previous experience in customer service order management or supply chain coordination.
• Experience in a manufacturing site pharmaceutical environment or other regulated industry would be an advantage.
• Good organisational skills attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities in a structured environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a practical and collaborative approach.
• Good command of English and Italian language
• Familiarity with quality systems traceability requirements and customer service standards is desirable.
