Job Summary
Holy Rosary School in Flint is accepting applications to fill a part-time custodian position.
The custodian is responsible for general cleaning of the school classrooms and common areas. This is a part time 19 hour per week position.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: Custodial/janitorial/housekeeping experience preferred.
Requirements: Must have a valid drivers license and must pass a criminal background check.
Physical Demands: Must be able to bend stoop squat reach and climb ladders.
Must be able to work independently without direct supervision.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Perform a variety of facility janitorial duties such as sweep vacuum clean restrooms and tabletops. Possibly help with a variety of installations and or minor repairs snow and ice removal from walkways
Prioritizes and completes maintenance requests in a timely manner.
Is responsible for all equipment vehicles and tools used.
Other duties may be assigned on a project basis.
