Responsibilities may include:
- Managing a team of mental health clinicians by providing professional support training and mentorship.
- Managing a caseload of clients at 30% productivity.
- Performing comprehensive assessments and providing patient visits as scheduled.
- Ensuring treatment plans are up to date for each client.
- Completing comprehensive and succinct progress notes.
- Communicating and following up as needed regarding the clients status.
- Working collaboratively with those providing case management and/or psychiatric services.
Requirements for this position include:
- Masters degree in Social Work or Counseling.
- Social Work License or equivalent.
- Experience in community-based counseling.
- Managerial experience is preferred.
- Valid drivers license car insurance and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.
