Pay Range: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour DOE
Benefits: Paid Sick Time
Possibility for full time year round employment if candidate is interested in commercial snow removal in the winter months.

POSITION SUMMARY
This position serves as a critical leadership role in the management and delivery of high-quality landscape services. They will build positive relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction brand loyalty and team collaboration.
The Pruning Crew Lead is responsible for onsite leadership of a pruning crew. They ensure the crew is informed regarding assigned jobs. They are the face of the company and key contact for the customer during the lawn maintenance season.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for on-site supervision of a pruning crew.
- Performs lawn edging services.
- Performs pruning services which includesheering trimming and shaping.
- Provides services for ornamental shrubsto a maximum height of 8 feet.
- Provides services for secondary growth control and lower canopy raisingto a maximum height of 8 feet.
- Demonstrates safe and proficient operation and maintenance of all equipment used which include hand pruners loppers hedge trimmers hand/pole saws edgers chain saws and backpack blowers.
- Provides training and mentorship to pruning crew to ensure success.
- Performs lawn maintenance as needed to meet the needs of the team.
- Meets timelines and quality standards for all deliverables including record keeping.
- Demonstrates leadership skills that drive a high performing team.
- Proficient in the use of various operating systems and technology to track and report jobs.
- Demonstrates high quality decision making in a fast paced and quickly evolving environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 years/seasons of pruning experience.
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record.
- Valid DOT card or ability to obtain one.
- Must be able to pass a pre- employment drug test.
Preferred
- Lawn maintenance experience
- Commercial Pesticide Applicator license for core (A) and turf & ornaments (E)
