Belle Noble Entertainment Group is seeking exceptional General Managers to join our leadership team in Louisville.

This is not a traditional restaurant GM role. We are looking for true hospitality leaders who can understand embrace and flawlessly execute Kevin Grangiers brand vision while leading polished high-energy guest-obsessed restaurants.

A leader who:

• Delivers genuine personalized hospitality not scripted service
• Knows how to create wow moments and customize the guest experience
• Leads visibly from the floor with professionalism urgency and polish
• Can manage a fast-paced approachable hospitality-driven environment without sacrificing standards
• Holds teams accountable to high consistent expectations around service appearance execution and culture
• Understands salesmanship increasing guest spend maximizing reservations driving repeat business and creating revenue-generating experiences
• Can coach mentor and develop teams into high performers
• Protects and elevates the brands public reputation through exceptional guest experiences and leadership
• Understands financial discipline labor management and P&L stewardship (important but secondary to true hospitality leadership)

THE ROLE

This senior leadership role reports directly to the Corporate Director / Head of Stores and carries full responsibility for:

• Team leadership and accountability
• Sales growth and revenue-driving initiatives
• Operational excellence and execution
• Staffing labor and culture
• Financial stewardship
• Protecting and elevating the brand experience
