American Dental is looking for an experienced dependable and motivatedFull-Time Dental Assistant to join our Downtown Loop team.

We are seeking someone with1-2 years of dental assisting experience who is confident clinically organized and excited to support a modern patient-focused dental office. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys assisting keeping the back office running smoothly supporting doctors and helping create a 5-star experience for every patient.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting doctors during dental procedures
• Preparing rooms sterilizing instruments and maintaining clinical flow
• Managing inventory and supply orders
• Supporting excellent customer service for patients and doctors
• Helping maintain a clean organized and efficient back office
• Working closely with the front desk and clinical team
• Supporting training and onboarding for new assistants as the practice continues to grow
• Leading by example with professionalism teamwork and a positive attitude

Ideal Candidates Have:

• 1-2 years of dental assisting experience required
• Strong clinical assisting skills
• Interest or experience in leadership training or back office operations
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• A positive professional attitude
• Dedication to patient care and team success
• Dentrix Ascend knowledge is a plus but training can be provided

Schedule:

• Full-time position
• Flexible schedule options
• No Saturdays or Sundays
