The role

- Level B - $113841 to $134965 p.a. (plus 17% superannuation)
- Albury-Wodonga Bathurst Dubbo Port Macquarie Wagga Wagga
The Senior Workplace Learning Coordinator plays a key leadership role in the coordination quality and continuous improvement of workplace learning across the University. The position focuses on academic administration professional leadership stakeholder engagement and mentoring within a dynamic and studentcentred environment.
Working closely with Workplace Learning Coordinators (WPLCs) Professional Experience Liaison Officers (PELOs) academic leaders and external partners you will support the effective delivery of placements manage risk and compliance and contribute to consistent practice across Faculties. The role also supports a unified wholeofUniversity approach to workplace learning with flexibility to adapt responsibilities as frameworks and priorities evolve.

You will bring:
- Demonstrated experience supporting or coordinating workplace learning or professional experience
- Strong leadership and mentoring capability including support of staff in complex situations
- Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities
- Experience working with students at risk and contributing to documentation and reporting
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships
- Sound judgement and problemsolving skills to address emergent issues and improve systems
- A commitment to collaborative practice quality outcomes and student success
