• Lead the charge in ensuring our renewable energy assets operate reliably and efficiently.
• Manage all Operations & Maintenance activities for solar PV and BESS projects throughout France.
• Guarantee compliance with Service Level Agreement (SLA) commitments contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and availability guarantees.
• Coordinate all preventive corrective and predictive maintenance activities to ensure optimal plant performance.
• Monitor the performance of our plants identifying opportunities for optimization to enhance efficiency and maximize uptime.
• Lead and support our local field service engineers and subcontractors across France.
• Act as the primary operational point of contact for our valued customers investors and all external stakeholders.

• Hold a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Renewable Energy Industrial Engineering or a closely related technical field.

• Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in O&M management within the dynamic renewable energy sector.

• Demonstrate strong experience with utility-scale solar PV projects with Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) experience being highly valued.

• Exhibit a good understanding of SCADA systems monitoring platforms and grid connection requirements.

• Prove your ability to manage international operations and lead remote teams across the UK.

• Maintain strong knowledge of Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) regulations and operational compliance standards.
