Job Summary

Project Manager (Commercial Roofing)

Norfolk VA

$75000 - $100000 Benefits package

We are working with a large commercial roofing contractor who is on the hunt for an experienced Project Manage to join their team. Your duties would include working with internal teams and sub contractors in providing project on time and within budget. You will be responsible for overseeing on-site safety and compliance reviewing project plans estimates and contract documents and maintaining project schedules while resolving any issues that arise.

Key Requirements:

3-5 years experience in Project Management within the commercial roofing market
Extensive experience working with commercial roofing products such as Single Ply Asphalt Hot & Cold Applied and Metal Roofing.
Great multitasking skills to manage multiple projects at the one time.
