More about this role
As a Category Planning Intern you will support the development and execution of category strategies that drive growth across our iconic brands. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales Marketing and Supply Chain to turn insights into impactful actions.
This is a full-time role based in Bucharest for a duration of4 months.
Your responsibilities:
- Support category analysis using market data shopper insights and internal reports
- Assist in preparing recommendations for category growth and optimization
- Collaborate with Sales teams on customer presentations and category reviews
- Help monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Contribute to the development of tools and reports that support decision-making
What were looking for:
- Student or recent graduate (Business Economics Finance or a related field)
- Previous internship experience in consumer marketing or a related field is a plus; sales experience is also valued
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Interest in FMCG and category management
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong level of English
