Controller / Finance Manager (Entrepreneurial)
Our client is a well-established privately held Canadian company with decades of success and a strong reputation in a specialized distribution and services market. With $40M in annual revenue a loyal national customer base and a long-tenured team the business offers both stability and growth. As they look to expand into new international markets they are seeking a finance leader to bring enhanced structure accountability and forward-looking insight.
This role will take full ownership of the finance functionoverseeing and directing full-cycle accounting payroll cash flow and reportingwhile working directly with the leadership team to elevate financial reporting budgeting and forecasting. Youll oversee outsourced support improve processes and build clear actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
Were looking for someone with a strong accounting foundation (a CPA is an asset) who thrives in a hands-on entrepreneurial environment. You bring experience in a small-to-mid-sized business strong Excel and financial modelling skills and ideally QuickBooks Online (QBO). Youre confident adaptable and motivated by ownershipsomeone who can both execute and challenge leadership to improve the business.
