Qualification & Requirements

Education:
  • B.S degree or above in electronics engineering telecommunication or relevant.

Experience:
  • 35 years PM experience in optical transceivers or relevant; preferred: 400G/800G datacommunication or coherent modules.
  • Proven full product life cycle experience (successful R&D-to-post-maintenance module project).
  • Project experience on the products with hardware and firmware development is plus
  • BOM and material delivery coordination experience.
  • Cross-functional team management; conflict resolution and goal-driven.

Special Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project Jira (plan development progress tracking reporting).
  • Excellent communication: engage teams/suppliers/demand side and resolve conflicts.
  • Preferred: Excel VBA/Python; AI tool experience a plus.
  • Strong cost/quality awareness; develop control plans.
  • Strong execution/resilience; managing parallel tasks and emergencies.
  • Detail-oriented (avoid planning/executionerrors).
  • Strong English (technical document reading; international communication a plus).

  1. Develop project plans (milestones resources risk control); track progress and resolve deviations.
  2. Coordinate cross-functional teams resolve bottlenecks and ensure stakeholder alignment.
  3. Manage supply chains: evaluate suppliers monitor material delivery and control costs.
  4. Lead BOM maintenance with R&D/supply chain for production and cost control accuracy.
  5. Monitor project quality/cost/timelines; identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
  6. Refine project management processes and document learnings for future projects.
