Job Summary

Amazon Global Selling has been helping individuals and businesses increase sales and reach new customers around the globe. The Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazons 21 overseas marketplaces and supporting local Sellers success and growth on the Amazon. Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of Chinese business to go globally.
The CN2Emerging PMO team collaborates with many Amazons global teams to support the high-growth global selling business in the Emerging Stores continuously identify new opportunities and drive new initiatives through design deployment launch and post-launch management.
We are seeking a talented data driven and proven Sr. Product Manager to support China Sellers business in the emerging Stores working with stakeholders both internally and across the many countries local teams and headquarter central functions. The Product Manager will be a key person to shape Global Seller Experience drive Seller growth and success. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a cross functional fast-paced environment; has strong product design management and communication skills.

Key job responsibilities
- Research and dive deep into assigned Seller Experience segments be the experts in this domain and define the ultimate Seller Experience.
- Based on the research build up new products or features or programmatic services to improve Seller Experience and help growth their business define go-to-market strategy and drive the success of the products.
- Clearly define and communicate product requirements gain support from internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Establish strong relationship and trust with local and global stakeholders to push forward the product/feature proposals
- lead the key planning and report out cadence for your assigned domain and report out up to VP and contribute to SVP level review.

A day in the life
you will need to work closely with the internal business teams to gain insights from the frontline Account Managers or from the Sellers directly. it is likely that you will do research by visiting sellers or conduct in depth seller interviews.
you will prepare these learnings and consolidate them into docs proposals so you can take these insights and take them into a product BRD or PRFAQ to circulate around key stakeholders.
During the business planning cycles you will also be asked to lead your domains annual roadmap planning by inject CN sellers request into global roadmap and debate on the priority if you have to.

- 5 years of product or program management product marketing business development or technology experience
- Experience in quantitative and qualitative research
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Experience communicating complex business concepts in verbal and written form

- Experience owning technology products
- Experience with end to end product delivery
