We areseekinga highly experiencedIntegrated Air and Missile Defense Subject Matter Expertwithdiverseexpertiseinthe acquisition of integratedmilitarysystems of systems made up of sensors effectors and command and control components.In this role you will directly supportsenior civilians in the development of Golden Dome for America. The ideal candidate will bring20years of progressive experienceinDepartment of War acquisitionprogramsincluding missiledefenseandcounter-UASsystemsviarapid prototypingacquisitionpathways.You will engageand coordinate withhigh-level stakeholdersup to the 4-star levelacross multiple servicesand agencies enabling fast and effective programmatic and technicaldecision-making. You must thrive in environments with little written direction anddynamically changing constraints.
Responsibilities
- Serve asan IAMD SME in direct support of government at CPE/CPM levels
- Communicate and coordinateeffectivelywith both technical stakeholders and strategic/politicalstakeholders including industry partners all military servicesandrelevantcombatant commands.
- Consider multi-domain impacts oftechnologytrade spaces.
- Support management of cost/schedule/performance trades for multiple products and systems.
- Coordinate with product offices on product requirements development milestones
- Provide programmatic and technical knowledge that is informed by a comprehensive understanding of the greater mission contextDoWsystems development processes and stakeholder roles and requirements to ensure concepts ideas and expectations are communicated accurately and effectively among allstakeholders.
- Travel tostakeholder engagements andfielding locations.
- BS or BA degree
- 15 years of progressive experienceinDoWoperations andacquisitions
- At least 5 yearsofexperience in IAMDsystems
- Must have an in-scope DoDTopSecret security clearance

- Experience withDoWtest and evaluation organizations and processes
