Savannah GA & Surrounding Areas Flexible Schedule Independent Contractor
Looking for a flexible opportunity that allows you to stay hands-on in the field while maintaining control of your schedule
The IMA Group is growing in the Savannah Georgia area and is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Case Manager who is also a Registered Certified Rehab Supplier with the State of Georgia to join our expanding 1099 network.
This role is ideal for an experienced workers compensation nurse case manager looking to supplement an existing caseload or build a consistent referral base within the Savannah region.

Responsibilities:
- Provide medical case management for workers compensation cases
- Coordinate care between physicians providers employers adjusters attorneys and carriers
- Assess treatment plans for medical necessity appropriateness and cost efficiency
- Attend medical appointments and facilitate communication among stakeholders
- Assist with Independent Medical Evaluations (IMEs) and job site evaluations as needed
- Monitor recovery progress and provide timely recommendations regarding return-to-work planning
- Maintain accurate organized documentation and reporting
Qualifications:
Required:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Registered Certified Rehab Supplier with the State of Georgia
- Minimum 3 years of workers compensation case management experience
- Strong documentation and computer skills
- Professional liability/malpractice insurance (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation for local travel
- Personal computer and phone access
Preferred:
- Bilingual skills (Spanish or other languages)
