Job Responsibilities:
- Manage key accounts and develop new business opportunities within the hemp-based CBD product market
- Build and maintain strong long-lasting customer relationships
- Understand customer needs and requirements to tailor solutions accordingly
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies for product promotion
- Track sales metrics and work towards meeting sales targets
- Provide timely and accurate information to management for decision making
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven work experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales preferably in the wellness or CBD industry
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
