Job Description: HR Generalist at Extract Wellness
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment process including posting job openings screening resumes and conducting interviews
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with HR-related inquiries
- Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Assist with performance management and employee relations
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Coordinate training and development initiatives
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles
- Experience with recruitment onboarding and employee relations
- Familiarity with HRIS systems
