Weve launched our Victorian service and are recruiting Occupational Therapists in western Melbourne to establish BlueRockets presence in communities where demand for quality allied health far outstrips supply. Western Melbourne is home to some of Victorias most culturally diverse communities including families navigating the NDIS for the first time and people whose access to consistent high quality OT has been limited. What Youll Do

  • Build a caseload that suits you with options for paediatric adult or mixed caseloads across NDIS and Support at Home programs
  • Deliver high quality evidence-based occupational therapy aligned to your clinical interests and strengths
  • Work across community settings including homes schools and other client environments
  • Partner with families schools carers and support networks to achieve meaningful outcomes
  • Use AI-enabled systems that dramatically reduce documentation reporting and scheduling time so you can focus on delivering great therapy
  • Practice within robust clinical governance aligned with AHPRA NDIS and best practice standards

Who Were Looking For

  • Registered Occupational Therapist with current AHPRA registration
  • Experience delivering community-based OT services
  • Confident managing your own caseload and clinical decision-making
  • Own vehicle and current drivers licence
  • NDIS experience preferred but not essential if you have strong community-based skills
  • Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
