We are seeking an experienced legal Administrative Assistant to join our wellestablished Personal Injury team in Adelaide. Our Personal Injury practice specialises in personal injury andmedical negligence matters supporting clients through complex and often challenging circumstances
About the role
You will provide daytoday administrative support to our Personal Injury practitioners including:
- Opening managing and closing files using Affinity
- Drafting and formatting correspondence and court documents
- Managing diaries appointments and key deadlines
- Coordinating appointments and obtaining records and reports
- Liaising with clients medical providers and other stakeholders
- Preparing briefs to counsel and collating documentation
- Scanning electronic filing and general file management
- Time entry billing support and other administrative tasks
About you
You will have:
- Previous experience in legal administration noting personal injury experience is highly regarded
- Confidence using Affinity or similar practice management systems
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- A professional clientfocused approach
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn.
