Your Role In The Team

This is a newly created role and its front-row not back-office. Youll take ownership of the end-to-end leasing process across our Greater Brisbane portfolio. From first enquiry to lease signing making tenants feel welcome and landlords feel confident.

Heres what that looks like day to day:

• Manage leasing duties from enquiry through to signed lease.
• Run open homes and greet prospective tenants like theyre already part of the community.
• Conduct routine inspections with care and compliance respond to phone and email enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and manage lease agreements with accuracy and efficiency.
• Partner with our Property Managers to deliver a seamless experience for tenants and landlords.
• Balance your schedule to keep inspections timely and admin on track.

Most of your week will be spent out on the road but youll also have the flexibility of working from your home office for the admin side of the role. And you wont be on your own youll be backed by our head office and offshore support teams. You will also have to hand the expertise and support of the QLD State Manager to ensure you thrive in your role. Youll be provided with a full toolkit of tech and equipment to work effectively at home.

Youll Thrive Here If

You have a genuine passion for real estate love working with people and have 1-2 years of leasing experience and a current QLD Real Estate Agent Licence. Youre confident with Microsoft Office and comfortable working with cloud-based property management systems.

Youve also got your own car and the flexibility to travel when needed. Most of your focus will be on the Greater Brisbane portfolio but youll also join the wider NSW & QLD team for training collaboration days and the occasional visit to Cronulla (Sydney) for training and events.
