Employment Senior Associate / Legal Director-Oxford with hybrid working
Client

Role
- Seeking an experienced solicitor to join thisleadingEmployment practice
- Advise on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment mattersincluding tribunal work delivering client training/legal updates
- Focus oncorporate and education sector clients(not exclusively)
- Play an active role in business development
- 7 years PQE
- Track record of success in managing a varied caseload/employment tribunal litigation
- Experience of supervising junior lawyers and delivering client training
- Aptitude for business development
