As a Recruitment Sr Specialist you will play a critical role in building the teams that design and manufacture life-saving automotive safety systems. You will lead end-to-end recruitment strategies across multiple locations attracting diverse and highly skilled professionals.

What youll do:

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer for multiple complex requisitions

• Partner closely with business leaders hiring managers and HRBPs to align talent strategies with business objectives

• Develop and execute targeted staffing strategies to attract diverse high-quality candidate pipelines

• Deliver an exceptional high-touch candidate experience aligned with Autolivs values

• Build strong relationships with external partners and vendors

• Manage hiring for professional (indirect) roles including senior-level and highly specialized technical positions

• Ensure efficient and compliant use of ATS tools and recruitment technologies

What is required:

Bachelors Degree required

68 years of recruiting experience ideally within manufacturing environments large global organizations or automotive or R&D/technical centers

Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously with a high level of organization and quality

Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter boolean/xray search)

Exceptional stakeholder management influencing and communication skills

Fluent English is a must

Work arrangement for this position is on-site from Monday through Thursday and remote on Fridays
