Youre joining the EcoBoosters team !

EcoBoosters is the frontend squad dedicated to boosting Skaleet ecosystems.

Our mission: to grow and streamline the interfaces connecting the various actors of the banking platform businesses (Web Corporate) end customers (WebClient / ClientApp) and distributors (Web Distributor).

The squads scope covers multiple cross-functional front-end applications (web and mobile). Our value lies in the consistency and scaling of the entire application ecosystem not a single isolated vertical business domain.

The team is made up of:

• Aron Frontend Tech Lead who will be your day-to-day manager

• 4 international developers based in India and Vietnam

• Rayhana Product Manager

• External partner contributors

It is a distributed and multicultural environment where we work daily in both French and English.

Your future missions

Reporting to the Frontend Tech Lead you will actively contribute to the squads work across the following areas:

• Web and mobile development: contribute to the evolution of our React and React Native (TypeScript) applications in line with our quality standards.

• Refactoring: participate in cross-functional initiatives (e.g. revisiting the Payment Initiation flow) to make the codebase more maintainable and performant.

• Security & authentication: contribute to the cross-app integration of SCA (Strong Customer Authentication) and mobile authentication (OAuth2 PKCE).

• iOS CI/CD: participate in improving the iOS distribution pipeline (Fastlane Xcode certificate management TestFlight) on our Scaleway Mac Mini runner.

• Quality & observability: contribute to internal tooling measuring squad health (code coverage quality metrics dashboard review health team health).

• Technical debt reduction and test automation (unit integration end-to-end).

These missions will be tailored to your profile your interests and the length of your contract. You will have real ownership over your contributions and the opportunity to grow in autonomy over time.

• Quality & testing: unit and integration tests Playwright (end-to-end) squad metrics dashboards

Desired Profile

You are a great match if :

• Education: You are pursuing a Bac5 degree in computer science (Masters engineering school or specialized school) and are looking for a 6-month end-of-studies internship

• Technical skills: You have already worked with through personal projects academic work or internships:

  • React and ideally

  • React Native for mobile application development

  • TypeScript Git and best practices (testing code reviews).

• Languages: Fluency in French and English both written and spoken.

• Interpersonal Skills: Collaborative curious and eager to learn with a proven ability to thrive in distributed and multicultural environments.

• Bonus Points: An interest in fintech payments or cloud-native architectures will be a real plus.

  Recruitment Process

• A second interview with Rayhana (PM) and Aron (Tech Lead) to dive deeper into the specifics of the role (60).

• A Use Case presentation and a Peer Programming exercice with Aron at our offices in Boulogne (60).
