Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Pre-Commissioning Engineer Pipeline to support offshore and onshore pipeline projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning coordinating and executing pre-commissioning activities including hydrotesting pigging flushing dewatering drying nitrogen purging and leak testing activities in compliance with project specifications and HSE standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute pipeline pre-commissioning activities for offshore/onshore projects.

• Review project specifications procedures method statements and engineering documents.

• Coordinate activities related to cleaning gauging flooding hydrotesting dewatering drying nitrogen purging and preservation.

• Prepare pre-commissioning procedures work packs technical reports and test documentation.

• Coordinate with construction commissioning operations and client teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Monitor subcontractors and vendor activities during site execution.

• Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with HSE policies and international standards.

• Participate in risk assessments toolbox talks and safety meetings.

• Troubleshoot technical issues during pre-commissioning operations.

• Maintain project schedules and provide progress updates to management.

• Ensure proper calibration and certification of testing equipment and tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in pipeline pre-commissioning activities within the Oil & Gas industry.

• Strong experience in hydrotesting pigging flushing dewatering drying and nitrogen purging.

• Offshore project experience is preferred.

• Familiarity with international codes and standards related to pipeline commissioning.

• Good understanding of HSE practices and offshore safety regulations.

• Ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced project environment.

• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with offshore pipelines subsea systems and EPC projects.

• Knowledge of commissioning software and reporting systems.

• Valid offshore certifications such as BOSIET/HUET and OGUK Medical are an advantage.
