SEO Manager Italian Market

Were looking for an experienced SEO Manager to own and scale our organic (and AI-driven) growth across Italy. Youll join a high-impact international SEO teamthree SEO Managers led by a Head of SEO with 13 years of experienceworking at the intersection of search product and growth.

Your mission! Turn search into a predictable growth enginedriving visibility traffic and high-quality leads through smart data-driven SEO strategies tailored to the Italian market.

In your first months success means quickly building a deep understanding of our product customers and funnel in the Italian market identifying where we stand through a thorough technical SEO audit and bringing clarity to our biggest opportunities. Youll align on priorities and KPIs early on and start shipping improvements and testing hypotheses from day one!

What Youll Do

• Own and execute the SEO & AI growth strategy for Italy (on-page off-page and technical)
• Uncover growth opportunities through keyword research competitor analysis and SERP deep-dives
• Partner with content product and growth teams to embed SEO across everything we build
• Craft high-impact content briefs that match user intent and drive conversions
• Track analyze and optimize performance using tools like GSC Google Analytics Ahrefs SEMrush and Screaming Frog
• Contribute to global SEO initiatives and actively share insights with the team.

What You Bring

• 2-4 years of experience in SEO (agency or SaaS is a strong plus)
• C2 Italy (must-have!)
• Strong expertise across technical SEO content SEO and analytics
• Hands-on experience with leading SEO tools (GSC Ahrefs SEMrush Screaming Frog etc.)
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
• Proactive structured and collaborative way of working.
