About the Role

We are looking for a hungry self-driven Sales Executive to help us grow our client portfolio in Spain.

Your mission is simple: find restaurants that need us open the door and close the deal.

In this role you will:

  • Generate Pipeline: Prospect and identify restaurants that fit our ideal customer profile research contacts cold call cold email and outreach via LinkedIn and WhatsApp to book qualified meetings.
  • Own the Full Sales Cycle for Smaller Clients: From first contact to signed contract you run the process end-to-end with independent restaurants and small operators.
  • Support Sales for Larger Accounts: Generate and qualify leads for our premium service targeting small chains and gastronomy groups. Youll pitch and negotiate with support from the CRO on complex closes.
  • Track Everything: Keep the CRM updated and maintain a clean reliable pipeline at all times.
  • Shape the Commercial Strategy: This is not just an execution role. Youll have a real seat at the table to question improve and co-design how we sell pricing positioning GTM approach content and service development. If you have an opinion we want to hear it.

Qualifications

  • Sales Experience: 2-3 years in a commercial role BDR SDR Account Executive or similar. Experience in food & beverage or hospitality is a plus but not required.
  • Hunter Mentality: Youre comfortable picking up the phone and calling someone who doesnt know you. Cold outreach doesnt scare you it motivates you.
  • Organized and Rigorous: You manage your pipeline with discipline. You follow up. You dont let leads go cold.
  • Communication Skills: Clear direct and persuasive both written and verbal. You adapt your tone to the person in front of you.
  • Results-Oriented: You care about closing not just activity. You measure yourself by deals signed.
  • Strategic Curiosity: You dont just execute you observe question and bring ideas on how to do things better.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Spanish is required. English is a plus. Portuguese is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable with CRM tools and Google Workspace..

  • Flexible Schedule: Employees have the freedom to manage their own time with a focus on meeting deliverables. Standard working hours are approximately 9:30 to 18:30.
