Tasks
Your Responsibilities:
- Selecting and preparing (cooking rice cutting fish mixing etc.)
- Conducting intermediate checks (doneness taste color etc.) and making adjustments as needed.
- Ensuring consistent quality and hygiene.
- Supervising the work of kitchen assistants and making corrections where necessary.
- Keeping track of stock levels ordering ingredients and checking deliveries.
- Daily cleaning of the work environment kitchen equipment and workstations.
- Reporting technical faults and resolving minor issues.
- Providing input regarding the composition and adjustments of menus the menu list and working methods
