Job Summary
We are looking for a communicative person with a technical mindset to join our team someone who helps customers get the most out of our products.
Your responsibilities
- Customer onboarding and ongoing support (primarily in English)
- Technical support and troubleshooting for product-related questions
- Customer training and knowledge transfer
- Close collaboration with Sales and Support
- Involvement in IT projects in the customer environment
What you bring
- Excellent English skills (C1)
- Completed IT education or equivalent professional experience
- Strong communication skills empathy and a structured way of working
- Technical understanding and a genuine willingness to learn
