We need you for:

• Product development (including support to Regulatory & QM department) and usabilty
• Customer support (e.g. managing customer complaints)
• Sales support (e.g. analysis of competition products)
• Preparation of scientific content (e.g. for lectures marketing material)
• Staff distributor and customers trainings for all MADx products
• Regular congress and customer visits

Your profile:

• Degree in biology biochemistry or comparable field
• At least three years of work experience; experience in immunology or allergology is an asset
• Competence to work in a team and to lead projects independently
• Highly communicative personality and the ability to improvise
• Willingness to travel (20% nationally and internationally)
• Computer skills and excellent command of German and English
• Fluent in Spanish French Russian and/or Turkish is advantageous
