Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Manage a high-volume outpatient caseload with efficiency and clinical excellence
- Deliver a combination of manual therapy therapeutic exercise and functional training
- Oversee and delegate appropriately to PTAs and therapy technicians
- Progress patients toward functional goals and timely discharge
- Maintain accurate timely documentation within EMR systems
- Communicate effectively with referring providers and interdisciplinary team members
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies and Texas regulations
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Active or eligible Texas PT license through the Texas Board of Physical Therapy Examiners
- Successful completion of the National Physical Therapy Examination
- Strong orthopedic and outpatient clinical foundation
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
Preferred Experience
- 1 year of outpatient experience in a high-volume clinic
- Experience supervising PTAs and support staff
- Familiarity with productivity-driven environments
- Strong manual therapy and exercise progression skills
