Job Description:

Looking for a strong Hands-on Java/Python Engineer with experience transitioning into Solution Architecture. A candidate should have expertise in cloud platforms APIs/integrations deployment engineering and customer-facing solution delivery across enterprise environments.

We are seeking a Forward Deployment Engineer (FDE) who acts as a customer facing engineer working closely with clients to deploy customize and operationalize advanced software/data platforms. The role requires strong software engineering data problem solving and client interaction skills bridging the gap between product engineering and real world customer use cases.

Key Responsibilities

Work directly with customers and stakeholders to understand business problems and translate them into technical solutions

Deploy configure and customize data platforms analytics solutions or enterprise software

Build data pipelines integrations and custom workflows using Python SQL APIs and cloud services

Rapidly prototype and iterate solutions in customer environments

Support end to end delivery: design implementation deployment production support

Collaborate with core product/engineering teams to influence product roadmap based on field learnings

Troubleshoot complex data performance and integration issues

Provide onboarding enablement and technical guidance to customer teams

Required Skills

Strong software engineering skills in Python (primary)

Solid experience with SQL and relational / analytical databases

Experience working with data pipelines ETL/ELT APIs and integrations

Hands on experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP)

Ability to work in customer facing roles and explain complex systems clearly

Strong problem solving mindset with the ability to work in ambiguous environments

Experience deploying solutions in production environments
