We are seeking a strong Administrative Assistant to support the Operations/Warehouse Manager in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized detail-oriented and proactive with strong communication and administrative skills. This role will support daily operations employee documentation training coordination reporting and office support functions.
Location: Lincoln CA
Pay Rate: $25.00 hourly
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
Duration: Contract 6 months
Responsibilities: - Provide direct administrative support to the Operations/Warehouse Manager
- Coordinate and track employee training programs compliance documentation signatures and required paperwork
- Maintain accurate employee records spreadsheets and operational tracking reports using Excel
- Process and track employee change forms including position updates and pay rate changes
- Support warehouse operations through data entry reporting scheduling coordination and communication with employees and leadership
- Utilize DocuSign Adobe Microsoft Teams and other office systems for documentation and communication
- Assist with employee engagement activities including holiday events food coordination raffles giveaways and team events
- Coordinate town halls meetings and operational communications
- Provide front desk and office coverage during breaks and as needed
- Maintain professionalism and strong customer service while interacting with employees vendors and visitors
Qualifications: - Previous Administrative Assistant experience supporting operations warehouse or manufacturing environments preferred
- Strong Excel and spreadsheet management skills
- Experience with DocuSign Adobe and Microsoft Teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and problem-solving abilities
- Professional adaptable with a team-oriented attitude
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
