Beauty Retail & Operations Associate
We are seeking a reliable adaptable team member to support a fast-paced beauty retail environment. This role combines customer service reception support and order fulfilment. The ideal candidate is comfortable multitasking providing excellent customer care and assisting with day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist walk-in customers with product recommendations and purchases
- Support reception duties including greeting guests and handling inquiries
- Pick pack and ship online orders accurately and efficiently
- Restock shelves and maintain clean organized displays
- Help maintain overall store organization and workflow during peak times
Requirements:
- Experience in beauty retail cosmetics or skincare preferred
- Customer service or reception experience required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Team-oriented with a proactive can-do attitude
