KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES:

  • Revenue & Growth
  • Achieve sales targets and profitability goals within assigned territory.
  • Expand market presence through new customer acquisition and introduction of new products to existing accounts.
  • Account Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across customer organizations including Purchasing Operations and R&D.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to each key client.
  • Market Intelligence & Communication
  • Monitor and report on market trends competitive activity and customer feedback through detailed call and monthly reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support product development and innovation based on customer needs.
  • Travel & Representation
  • Represent the company at client meetings industry events and trade shows as needed.
  • Maintain a high level of responsiveness and professionalism while traveling throughout the territory.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors degree
  • 2 Years with direct B2B customer engagement sales technical service customer service or equivalent.
  • Bi-lingual in English and Spanish.
  • Demonstrated success in managing B2B accounts and driving sales growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business tools.
  • Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel by car air or other means as required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Chemistry Chemical Engineering Business or related field.
  • Technical background to complement selling skills.
